Internet Marketing Mindset

One of the most confronting things facing most people intending to market goods and services on the Internet is getting the correct mindset - the Internet Marketing Mindset.

There are so many things standing in front of the “newbie” marketer -

  • education - what do you need to know?
  • basics - what are the first things you need to do?
  • technique - how do you do the basics?
  • self-belief - do you THINK you can do it?
  • information overload - too much information being fired at you all at once

Introducing… my new e-book - 40 pages of FREE information - “The Internet Marketing Mindset - How to Program YOUR ‘Newbie’ Mindset For Internet Marketing Success.”

Within the book there is a very powerful section called “Your BIGGEST Enemy Exposed.” Without this knowledge you will probably end up where 95% of the half-hearted triers end up - the scrapheap of broken dreams.

Once you get over the mental hurdles facing you it will be all systems GO, GO, GO!

Hello again,

I did mention to Hilary Dickinson during the week that I would have something special to write about in my book review this week. You see, I know that Hilary is very passionate about teaching children literary and numeracy and financial skills because we ALL KNOW that the so-called “education system” in our respective countries is failing to educate our children to any accpetable standard at all these days.

Parents like Hilary should be commended for taking this stance and I hope that everyone visits Hilary’s blog to add their comments on what she is doing. And well done to her daughter (Lizzie “the Lizzard”) too for being so keen to learn from her mum. If only all kids would do the same. But… most of them seem destined to make the SAME nincompoop mistakes that their parents have taken half a lifetime to learn from and correct…

… anyway, where was I? Oh yeah! Book review. Sometimes I just get so side-tracked.

Well, I am sitting here with my copy of “The Richest Man in Babylon” written by George S Clason and wondering what I can possibly say about this WONDERFUL book to inspire you to go and purchase a copy and READ it. No, not just read it - STUDY it!

You see, like my previous book review on “Psycho Cybernetics” (Maxwell Maltz) - which you can read at: http://motivationselfesteem.com/talk/914/book-review-psycho-cybernetics-by-maxwell-maltz.htm - if you missed it, “The Richest Man in Babylon” is another of my TOP TEN motivation, inspiration and information books of all time. Yes! It is that darn good.

Hi,

I thought it was about time that I did a book review here. As you may know, TGM (that being me as in “The Gazz Man” - sick of typing that out all the time when I am being importunate or quarrelsome - hmm, I may just do a Prince-thing and refer to myself as the “acronym” - silly stuff over.) has a HUGE library of motivational and associated books.

One of the very finest IMHO is Maxwell Maltz’s BRILLIANT book called Psycho Cybernetics. Do NOT let this curious title put you off. This book is packed with information about success, self-image, rational thinking and a host of other information about why we are like we are.

I read this book the first time on 27 October 1991. Now, you may be wondering how I know that. And even if you’re not, I’m gonna tell you anyway. Well, I sign and date every book I read and give it a score out of ten on the last page. And this book is a rare 10/10 on TGM’s Richter Scale. I have read it several times since too. And I am just about due to do that again.

Have I impressed upon you how highly I rate this book? I hope so. (FYI the ISBN is 0-671-70075-8 and my copy was published by Pocket Books). Any decent bookshop will have a copy but you can probably pick up a second hand copy for five bucks. Stupidly, many people get rid of it - probably from deceased estates. They really don’t know what they are doing. If they knew what it was about they would devour every page because every page is literally loaded with wonderful information.
