Well we're 23 days into the new year and things are progressing nicely. I have put some plans into motion and am moving towards some of those goals that I mentioned in my last post. That is, with the exception of making a weekly blog post. LOL

But that's OK. I am about to make up for that over the next few days. I am sitting in the West Palm Beach airport about to get on a plane for Atlanta and then on to Las Vegas. I am going to Alex Jeffreys second workshop and looking forward to meeting his new group of students.

Opps, looks like I am going to have to finish this in Atlanta, the plane is boarding.

Well, I didn't get to finish in Atlanta. We (my wife and I) got off the plane and by the time we got to the gate, the plane was boarding. Unfortunately, our bags didn't make the flight on time. So when we arrived in Las Vegas we had to wait until the next flight from Atlanta to get there and hour late.

(You'll have that sometimes. )

Any way, everything went OK after that. We checked in at the Mirage and met up with a bunch of my fellow students who got here early for Mike Filsaime's bash that started Friday. Gary Simpson, Garry Parkes, Dean Holland, Dan Briffa, David Walker, Marcus Passey, and Paul Wilson were among my fellow students sitting at the bar well on there way…

My wife and I checked in then had a few but didn't do much else. We had been up since 3am EST and with the 3 hour time change were feeling a little tired. We did get up for a bit and prowled the casino for a couple hours but turned in early.

OK, students of Alex Jeffreys coaching program. I finally got the video finished on how to set up your PLR products to use for a JV Giveaway. The tutorial is a little long because I show you how to set up an opt in page, a thank you page, and a download page.

I always upload my videos to YouTube and the other video sites, which means they can't be any longer then10 minutes. There is way more than 10 minutes of video so I had to split it up into parts. I don't use Traffic Geyser because I already belong to Traffic Kahuna. Traffic kahuna members get to use "Video Post Robot" which submits to 30 video sites. They are running a special right now where you can try it for a month for only $1 if you want to try it out.

Part 1

This past week it seemed that "the fates" were out to get me. I still work a 40 hour a week job as an electronics technician where I service and develop automated welding equipment. I do like my job which is a blessing in itself but I aspire to become a full time internet marketer so I can have the freedom that comes with financial independence.

Since joining Alex Jeffreys coaching program I have found renewed vigor and have become super dedicated to succeeding. I get up 2 or 3 hours before I go to work in the morning and sometimes stay up very late at night working on my internet business. I do this because a large portion of my weekends is dedicated to family although lately I have shifted more time towards work. (thank goodness my wife has been supportive)

This week it seemed like everyday something would happen to keep me from being able to spend any time working on my online stuff. As the week progressed I found myself becoming very stressed out and irritable. Then Thursday evening I had a "moment of clarity" and realized that I was breaking on of my mentor's golden rules.

Alex Jeffreys has been saying from the very first day "Don't chase money…let money chase me". What he teaches is that if you concentrate on providing value and quality content, the money will come to you. If you spend all your energy chasing the latest get rich quick program you will get no where.

I have been totally obsessed with being the first one to get my blog listed number one for "Alex Jeffreys" keyword, so I haven't worked on my JV Giveaway videos at all. Sorry about that. I am bound and determined to win that $1000. Right now I am only 14 spots away.
