Well, I hope you have been enjoying my Internet Marketing tips from Las Vegas. This one is about getting yourself a mentor.

Now, I’ve been hinting about the existence of this video (and others) for a while now. You are in for a surprise here – oh yeah! Here I am in the spa at my luxury apartment suite at the Luxor Casino. The luxury Luxor. Oh, watch for what I do at the end… (You know something? … I can hardly believe I do these things myself *sigh* I mean – seriously – I don’t know what possesses me sometimes. Or where these dopey ideas even come from.)

Well, my Internet Marketing topic for today may be a little boring for you but…

… this is just SO important. In fact, I have been thinking about it off and on most of the weekend. I wasn’t even gonna write it. Then I thought – yeah, it’s boring to me and it’s obvious to me but then I have been around the block a few times with this Internet Marketing caper. I’ve seen a lot in Internet Marketing stuff in my travels and what may be blatantly obvious to me and even boring may, in fact, be a revelation to others. So, here it is…

BE YOURSELF.

Startling stuff hey? Well read on, I have some ideas and observations to throw at you and maybe a little bit of humor too…

Don’t be a clone of Alex Jeffreys or Mike Filsaime or Stephanie Mulac or Rich Schefren or John Thornhill or Dave Nicholson or Paula Brett or Omar Martin or Rosalind Gardner or Maria Andros or Garry Parkes or Dean Holland or even me for that matter! (heaven help you!)

WHY?

Because YOU are UNIQUE. There is NOBODY exactly the same as you in the entire world! You have unique talents. You have a unique way of expressing yourself. Some people will find you hideously irritating. Some will find you arrogant. Some will find you boring. Some will like you. Some may even find you enchanting. Some might even get so fixated on you that they will stalk you. Yeah, it happens. Social media networking is a real tutti-fruiti haven for cyber-stalkers. But that is a subject I will cover a bit later on. Back to the subject at hand…

Here is the second Internet Marketing tips video that I shot while in Las Vegas. In this one – filmed at the Luxor Hotel Casino – I pull the p155 out of all the people who sit mindlessly in front of all those stupid gambling machines stuffing every last cent they have into them.

WTF is it about those machines? Very, very RARELY do they ever pay out. And even when they do most people shove it all back in and lose it all again anyway. I’m thinking that gambling is a disease of obsession.

The waste of money is bad enough but the waste of time, in my opinion, is obscene. Sitting in front of a dopey machine, for hour upon boring hour, pressing buttons while the machine gobbles up every cent you put in it is utter madness. You CANNOT win. [The machines are programmed for about a 4% (lowly) payout.] So, what is it? Entertainment? If that’s the case then I’m suggesting you can sit in front of another machine where you can actually LEARN something. It’s called a computer.

I’m finally back home in Oz after attending the Internet Marketing Seminars in Las Vegas in May and June 2009.

I mean this is the definition of "no brainer". For $30 postage and handling you get a $2000 product by one of Internet marketing's most successful entrepreneurs. The membership website script powers hundreds of successful money making sites and is worth 10x the cost of shipping and handling alone.

I am not even making a commission because I don't have a big enough list to be a JV partner of Mike's. (must have 10k subscribers) But I have had the Butterfly Marketing course for almost a year now and this is something that you want to have. Even if you aren't ready for it now.

FYI anyone who has the first version can now update to version 2.8 in the members area. I upgraded my Traffic Hits Multiplier site last night. I never finished this site for 2 reasons. The first is because I put everything on hold when I started Alex Jeffreys coaching program. I wanted to concentrate all my efforts to implementing the things I learned.

The second reason is because of poor planning and the fact that I was a bit overwhelmed with the script. It is very powerful and there is a lot of stuff to configure. There are so many screens in the Admin area it's hard to know where to begin.
